Hello I am making a complaint about the Receivable Management Corporation located in -, SC. My case worker 's name is - - - ( - name maybe spelled incorrect ). My - - - daughter went to the hospital a few years ago and I never received the bill or a phone call about a bill after it was processed by my insurance company ( BCBS ). I later found out that the bills where going to my ex-wife 's address which I have never lived. After processing the remaining balance was $1100.00. My contact number has been the same since I joined in the armed services back in 2005 and I have never received one call from " - - -. '' The only way I figured out this existed and was already in collections was by checking my credit report after being advised by an apartment leasing agent. The debt is now paid and could have been paid very long time ago if I had only been notified of it 's existence. I asked - - since I was never notified if she would remove this from my report ( given that I was never notified of the situation in the first place ) and she said no because it could n't be. Later, I found out that was a lie. My phone also records all conversations. In conclusion, it is not fair that I have to live with this being on my credit history since I knew nothing about it. They already have the money. I only want this harmful statment removed.
