Amex Credit Card Complaint

I am again reporting an issue with American Express and their collection practices. I have informed my single point of contact before that they CAN NOT call my Cell Phone during work hours ( - - - Central ) and that I will get in trouble if I answer a call. I am REPEATEDLY getting calls from American Express during these hours on work days ( M - F ). Since I documented this once before in a CFPB complaint, and this is now my second time for the same complaint, I am beyond frustrated. In addition, my SPOC called both my daughter and my mother on THEIR cell phones today. The voice mail left on my daughter 's phone, which E-PRESSLY states her name ( - ) stated that " this is an important message for - -, - this is ( - name that I can not decipher ) from American Express, calling reference to your account that has been assigned to my unit. You have not responded to my previous attempts to call you and time is of the essence. I need you to call me as soon as possible at ( - ) -. '' This

on my DAUGHTER 'S CELL PHONE as the one that he leaves ME on MY CELL PHONE during work hours ( he called during work hours for my daughter as well, who ALSO can not answer her phone during work hours ). He also called my MOTHER 'S cell phone, which is under my contract with -, but again has no permission to call this cell phone. He left a message for my mother ALSO identifying that he is calling from American Express. Again, he called during work hours. I am waiting to hear from my other children to see if he has contacted them on their cell phones. All the while, I make my monthly payment to American Express and am reported as current. I called this evening, when I got off work ( still in the parking ramp in fact ) and left a message for my SPOC stating AGAIN that he can not call me at work / during work hours and that I WILL get in trouble. I stated that he does NOT have permission to call my mother 's cell or my children 's cells which I pay for. I again reiterated that I have stated this before about not calling during work hours and that I can not answer and that I will get in trouble. I repeated that he does not have permission to call my children 's or my mother 's cell phones and that these phones are on MY plan and that I pay for them. I do not have issue with working with American Express, and have been making my monthly payments and am trying to dig out from my hole. However, these continuous calls from my SPOC, during work hours, after I had stated clearly that I can not answer during work hours AND him now calling my children and my mother on their cell phones alerting them to the fact that I have a situation on my account with American Express is beyond ok. This seems to be outside the bounds of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
