Capital One Credit Card Complaint

Capital One Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Massachusetts

I am re submit my complaint with Capital one Bank I have not had a Capital one Bank card. I had request copy of validation debit and the only thing I have receive statement and payment made at gram money for this o account. Until now I have never receive any paperwork or statement from this Company, My personal information has been used without my permission. I had send over multiple police and letter and fill out affidavit. I also send copy from my back account showing when I dispute an unauthorized transaction from this company. I I am sending all my paperwork also to CFPB
