Recently I submitted a dispute against - ( - ) -transaction date - -, 2016 for $930.00 and received notice from Chase that my claim was rejected. My dispute is BECAUSE - ADVERTISED COMPLETE WOOD SETS, UNDER THE WOOD SET TAB AND DELIVERED RESIN. I am escalating this to you because I have proof that my correspondence to Chase on the matter was ignored and hence do not believe my case was handled correctly. Please see the attached wherein I layout to Customer Specialist - - how the merchant misrepresented their product and why I want a complete refund.
