I had already thought I settled this with - because they kept sending me bills for products I had already paid for in full. I sent you the invoice numbers and all of the information I still have on hand to proved I paid. They tried this before using - - - - of - - -, - NY -. The notice was sent on - -, 2016. The notice stated that I owed $82.00!!! I wrote to CFPB and it was settled. Yesterday, I opened the mail to find a NOTICE OF COLLECTION from a place called PENN CREDIT! The client listed is : -! AGAIN! These items have already been paid for and I am not paying for them again. They have a list of service dates, account numbers, and balances that total $59.00! The - billing staff must be the most incompetent people that ever existed. Whoever they are ... they need to be replaced. Until then, buyers beware of making purchases from - ... do n't do it. If you already have, keep all of your documentation because they will try to double, triple, quadruple bill you for what you have already paid.
