I am trying to remove fraud alert and freeze placed on my credit account in yr 2000. Was given the runaround. My credit reading is -. I was a victim of the - health fraud scheme and was trying to remove it. I did n't answer some of their questions because some banks supply credit cards for companies, stores, etc and I do n't recognize all of them when they are read over the phone. I failed their test. When I called back in, phone system said I took too many options and hung up on me. This is after waiting 10 min initially. I have an official form letter that I am sending Transunion.
