In - of 2016, I applied for a " Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi '' and was given a line of credit of $11000.00. After 5 weeks, I did not receive the card in the mail. I contacted CIti at - and was transferred to the fraud department. I spoke with - -, employee # -. I was informed by the rep that Citi sent the credit card to a different adress. The rep then stated I could not receive another card without " verification '' of who I was. The rep began to ask " verification '' question pertaining to my home loan and other information that I did not provide to Citi when I applied for credit. I did provide my full SSN and password. However, that information was not sufficient to very my identity and the rep told me they could not help me. I am concerned my credit card may have been given to someone else who may be using it without my consent. Citi is refusing to give me any information or any form of help whatsoever. They " are very sorry '' though.
