I contacted Citibank through their Customer Service line for credit cards @ - on - -, - in order to resolve a long term issue : I have a Dividend Rewards Credit Card offering 1 % cash back on purchases. I requested to redeem multiple checks for dividend dollars earned. - of these checks have never arrived, - dating from - of -. I received an e-mail stating " We 've placed a stop payment on your refund check We sent you a refund check for $360.00 dated - -, -, but our records show that you still have n't cashed it. For your protection, we applied a stop payment to it. '' However I never received this check, nor the other dividend rewards checks that I had requested. I requested new checks multiple times over the past 6 months but have yet to receive them. I have verified and re-verified my address with Citibank and they are able to send me new credit cards as well as mailed offers but I have yet to receive the checks I requested.


stated that they could not apply that amount to the balance and that they could only send a check. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They stated there was no supervisor available, to wait 3 days. I asked to file a complaint or to have a number for the executive office. They stated they could not provide a number, that anything else I required would have to go through a supervisor who was not available. I spoke with employee ID NUMBER -. Since I am unable to receive the rewards entitled to me by the credit card agreement for my dividend rewards card my only other recourse, besides legal action is to submit this complaint, in the hopes that my issue may be resolved in a timely manner. It has been 8 months since the original check amount above was issued but never received and over a month since requesting the check again as well as the other checks I am entitled to. The amounts have been deducted from my dividend rewards without redemption.
