Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt California

My complaint is from the Very Beginning - - was very Cantankerous & trying to bully me around over the phone. Then later I received a Notice of Wage Garnishment of $18000.00 from -. This company did not lend me $18000.00 they purchased the loan from the Original owner Cash Call who lent me $5000.00 to pay my Federal taxes. Therefore I do n't believe its Honest, Integrity or Fair for them to try & collect $18000.00 from me when that 's not the Correct Accurate amount of the Original Loan. - nor cash call ever tried to work with me - just called me all the time with threats & this Ridiculous offers that no one can comply with unless your Rich, not a Normal hard working person that Pays the Correct amount of - legally & Do n't Cheat on their tax returns & say I do n't know I just gave everything to my CPA yeah you know. - are in Violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Acts 15USC.1692., Common law malicious prosecution, & they are violating the declaratory relief under the California Finance Lender law 22000, - is also in violation of the Roenthal Fair


or some where around $2500.00 and Rip off innocent people .They really were never willing to work with me they always asked for ALL the Money up front the Whole amount or more. They asked me for $8500.00 the whole amount up front & then they just kept raising to $9100.00, $11000.00, $16000.00 & Now $18000.00. If I had that kind of Money just laying around, then I would have never needed a loan in the First Place. Also With cash call they never tried to work with me if they did it would have not gotten this far I believe Cash call & - - work as a team to Rip off people & That 's why they have a TV Commercial now. In the Very being something happen with my account & cash call was not able to get paid from my account & when I tried to work with them They said NO we want all the Money up front & they would not take the payment arrangements any more & was so Rude, Mean, Nasty & Very Unprofessional. Then - - calls me & they acted the same way mean & Cantankerous!
