I charged a car rental ( - ) using my Discover Card. The car was " never rented '' as I disputed the charge and the reservation was cancelled by the rental agency The Reservation # was - The amount is $140.00. Discover has said this was resolved. However as of my last payment ( - ) I paid this along w/ other charges for fear of damaging my credit My records show - debits and only - credits so I think I 'm owed the $140.00. They refuse to give me a refund.
