This guy I found online on - I found a gaming account I would like to buy, so I messaged him and asked him I would like to buy the account from him. He told me to send $200.00 via PayPal as friends and family personal payment. After he received the money, he constantly told to wait. But since yesterday he blocked my number and on -. He now took $200.00 of my PayPal money and I have no way of contacting to give me my money back. The transaction occurred on -/-/- and -/-/2016. The payment was separate for $100.00 and $99.00 I had to pay $1.00 fee for sending. Please help.
