On -/-/-, SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA , COUNTY - ( - ) - - COURTHOUSE ORDER RE : CLAIM OF E-EMPTION The Judgment Debtor 's Claim of Exemption is GRANTED. That is my husband and I the join checking account at Chase Bank.On -/-/- " -, - '' Faxed " NOTICE OF LEVY ( ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT ) '' " WRIT OF E-ECUTION '' to our join checking account at Chase Bank again. I do not owe any Credit Card balance to " -, - " -, - '' has no right to file the judgment on me. I had paid Chase Credit Card $5.00, - ending -, - since the Chase Statement balance was $8000.00 Chase has received my Chase Credit Card Account payment through my Bank Bill Pay to " -. - - -, Illinois ''. There is no current balance statement from Chase. It is not right for Chase to have cardholders pay card payments to other than Chase because Chase sold the account. I had used Chase Credit Card not - therefore, I pay Chase Credit Card.
