Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
We took a cashcall loan for - paid back - and we are now being sued for an additional -, which now the attorney for Cashcall wants -. We are to be in court tomorrow - - - We planned out settling for - if that 's possible making payments for 30 months.. the attorneys for cashcall are ruthless and trying to get us to sign papers for a judgement of - on the - settlement offer if we do n't pay.. I refused to sign it.. I 'm in California so I 'm not sure if we have any rights..
