Certegy is reporting on my credit report that I have an outstanding balance in their office for $1400.00, from -. I have now called their office several times to inquire about the debt they are reporting. They tell me that I do not have a debt in their office. Nevertheless, they are not taking the account off of my credit report, even though I have disputed it multiple times.
