Paypal will not allow me to close my account. The reason I want to close my account is that my debit and bank accounts have been compromised. Two unauthorized transactions were processed by my bank ( I have already addressed the issue with my bank ). At this time I have no Paypal transactions pending. They say the reason they will not allow me to close my account is that there are pending transactions. Please provide any assistance you can in helping me to close this Paypal account that has been compromised. Thank you, - -
