Harris and Harris called my home. They spoke to me ( - ) asking if - was home. I inquired as to which - they were calling about my son or husband. I gave them my husband 's date of birth for clarification, and they confirmed it was for my husband. They told me the details and the service was from - -. I said wait a minute, I just called Harris and Harris and they said we had no bills there in my name or my husbands. She ( - - ) said oh that is right you called and we told you we could not speak to you, since the bill is your son 's. I said wait a minute your calling about my son who has a different birthday then my husband, when I verified the date of birth by giving you my husbands, you said it was my husband you were calling about, when clearly if you looked at the record you would have seen it was not my husband who has a date of birth of -/-/-, but you were calling about my son, who has a date of birth of -/-/-. A clear distinction. Then you tell me the bill is from -, I upon inquiring about that you than said oh it is from -. At this time I informed you not only did you violate -, but you also got dates wrong. I asked to speak with a supervisor/manager and - - who identified herself as a supervisor came on the line. I informed her the representative violated -, I even tried to confirm she was speaking to the correct party and the representative, was not correct and told me she was when actually she was calling about my son. I informed her I would be filing a complaint and she said that was fine. They do record the calls. It was approximately between - when the phone conversation took place. The supervisor told me they were going to pull the call for coaching purposes.
