We obtained a reverse mortgage thru liberty home solutions. For the mortgage the lien was to include our home and - acres. We also have - acres that is ajacent to our home. When the lien was recorded it was placed on our home and the - acres. The co.has admitted the error and told us the would rectify the problem, It would take no more than 6 weeks. We started this process -. We were in contact with - - - at - - - she was the only person that could handle our account - she said 6 weeks total time to finish. We called here every week to check on progress and all she would say is it is on somones desk and she can not call them as she has no phone number for the co.only an email address. after 8 weeks she refused to talk to us. We were able to contact - - at annother office and she was able to put us in contact with - - who told us he could take care of the problem that was three weeks ago.The first week he called and said he needed the legal descrlption


the error. He said he would call us on monday - but as usual he did not call us and will not call us back. We had our properyt the - acres sold and they were supposed to close on - the buyer is doing a - land exchange and stands to be penalized - if this sale is not completed by a certain date on -. We are now at a standstill no one will talk to us they wont return our calls or take their phone when we call. We leave messages but they dont call us back. We need them to release the lien on our - acres and have the lien on our home and - acres as it was supposed to be. The company is now named - - - - - - -
