I have several hospital debts that have been referred to Optimum Outcomes. Unfortunately, this debts were billed and made known to me after I filed for Chapter - bankruptcy in -/-/2015. My Chapter - was confirmed around - 2015. I keep receiving letters from Optimum Outcomes for accounts related to - - and - - - - - - - for lab work. Currently, I am in - - bankruptcy and under law, they can not threaten to sue me or put a judgement on me while I am in Bankruptcy. Prior to filing for Bankruptcy, I attempted to obtain financial assistance from - - and they refused to provide any charity assistance. This puts - - 's non-profit status into question. Perhaps the IRS should look into their qualifications for having a non-profit status.
