Experian allowed - to open a credit card for me even though I have my account locked. I am not allowed to use it myself, not even for my social security information, so why would Experian allow a bank to open a card on my behalf. I never registered the card and did not want it. Now it 's on my credit reference as opened and then closed, which will reflect poorly on me. I am appalled that it was opened without my authority.
