I was denied a Barclay - Credit card. my credit score is -. I have another Barclaycard for William Sonoma. I have always paid the credit card bill on time. My male partner was immediately approved and his credit score is -. - 's asked me to send a copy of my utility bill and my tax return. I did and was denied again. I called and they said the concern was not my credit rating but that they have a lot of fraud. They asked me to send a copy of my Social Security card and my drivers license. I told him enough is enough. I think I am being treated differently because I am a woman and I think the request for personal information is excessive. i 'm feeling harassed. Reference # -
