Closing/Cancelling account New York
I opened a secured credit card account with Capital One several years ago. As of - -, 2016 they held $2800.00 of my money. On - -, 2016, I closed the account and was assured by Capital One they would return my funds within - billing cycles. Now, on - -, 2016 after - seperate calls to Capital One, they still have not returned my money. They have lied to me every time.
