Discover Credit card department,
I have a automatic payment deduction set up for my Discover credit card. The limit is $2000.00. They deducted the $100.00 in -. But in - 2016 they did not make a deduction. However they reported to the credit bureau that my account was over drawn by $35.00. Why not make the authorized $100.00 deduction that would have made my account $1900.00 and avert a negative report on a customer that has never been late with a payment? Discover seems to rush to to negative reporting even when they have a real solution. I want the negative report removed. I will pay off the card and close the account. Do not need to do business with these type people.
