APR or interest rate Massachusetts

I have - 0 % promotional loans on my Discover Card with differing amounts and end dates to promotion period. I want to pay them off and avoid the 20 % interest after promotion period. When I could not find the loan amounts and promo period dates on their website or my statements, I sent an email. As you can see from the attached message string, Discover refuses (! ) to provide me with this information. I find this hard to believe its even legal. Please help.And thank you for the great work you do!
