This debt was from a Workman Comp Injury. This agency keeps putting this on my credit reports damaging my credit. The validation letter they sent CLEARLY states insurancer - - ) Workman Compensation.This has been settled and signed by a judge. Any and all medical debt is the debt of the DEFENDANT. I have attached a copy of the collection and a part of the settlement that clearly states who the debt would belong too.
