It has been brought to my attention that my Banking institution, FifthThird Bank, allows my card information to be given out to entities that subscribe to this bank card information. This has been done without my knowledge. Also, I have asked the local bank manager some time ago to help me with some unaccounted for monies associated with my account. The manager informed me that there is a - dollar an hour fee to assist me in this endeavor. I called the main customer service number about this fee. They informed me that there is no fee for this service. I was then instructed to go to another branch where I would not incur this fee. So the question remains. Where is the consistency?
