Sterling Jewelers Inc. Credit card department,
My spouse added me as an authorized user to her Kays Credit Card Account through Sterling Bank! The bank closed the account! My spouse called to have me removed and they said I was removed but it is still on my credit bureau as an authorized user! I called Kays and they REFUSE to remove it!
