The following complaint involves the unscrupulous business practices of a - - - travel agent, - and my credit card company, Chase VISA 's biased judgment involving my appeal and subsequent denial for stopping payment of fraudulent charges. HISTORY : On - - 2016 I filed a complaint with Chase for what turned out to be - ' sale of airline tickets procured with brokered third party frequent flyer points - a procedure against all airline rules. ( See attachment ) Upon discovery of this fraudulent procurement both - - and - - cancelled my - airline tickets, paid in full directly to the company and charged onto my VISA. While I was misled in the method of procurement and not aware of any risks involved, the company had full knowledge that the tickets could be cancelled. - ' DECEPTION : - - confirmed that it was offering lower- priced tickets as a wholesale travel consolidator and that if, I did n't accept frequent flyer points for flights, they could negotiate favorable pricing with the airlines. Their Ticket Release Form states that tickets are " issued using


conditions. ( See Attachment ) * - alleges that it was I who cancelled the above mentioned flights on - and -. Supporting evidence from the respective airlines clearly indicates that this was a fabricated lie. CHASE 'S REFUSAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE TERMS OF A FRAUDULENT CONTRACT : In appealing the $10000.00 charges, Chase VISA Card Member Services refused to acknowledge - ' wrong doing and denied my appeal on the grounds that I signed - contract - their Ticket Release Form. Even though I had no knowledge that the tickets were procured in a method contrary to that which was stated in the Ticket Release Form, my signature invalidated any claims I made of illegal or improper behavior. CHASE 'S BIASED HANDLING OF MY CASE It 's my understanding that as my bank, I should be able to rely on Chase and its issuing credit card company - Chase Visa - Card, to support me impartially in cases as this. Through the past six months I believe that Chase 's response to my appeal calls into question whether this dispute has been managed impartially : - - pages pf crucial pieces of evidence were completely ignored ; - Chase 's investigative team made no effort to contact those supporting my appeal to obtain documentation or clarification ; - In the appeal process, Chase allowed - two months to defend their business practices while I was given 16 days ; * I was denied easy access to a representative and periodic updates. Each of my many phone calls was met with skepticism and followed by contradicting responses, conveying the impression that no one was in charge of my case I 'm seeking support from your Bureau and am ready to provide you with additional documentation detailing the above-written points.
