The collection agency Valentine & Kebartas , Inc. which is located at - - - # -, -, MA - has repeatedly harassed me morning, noon and night. This company is collecting for - -. Although I have reached an agreement with -, this collection agency continues to call me. I have also sent them a cease calling notification and file a complaint with the - in MA. They call me from many numbers which are spoofed to appear that are within my state. Something has to be done, they are calling all times of the day and night. sometime they wo n't say anything but breathing loudly. They call and hang up many time as well.
