I purchased furniture at - -/-/2015 via - - mos. no interest if paid in full in 12 month 's. I rec 'd a letter in the mail on -/-/2015 from - - stating that the acct. was charged off and sold to - - -. Company as a collector. I never once rec 'd any bills, phone calls, emails from - 's or - Bank prior to account being sold. When I rec 'd the letter, I called - 's and -, neither were willing to help me. I had absolutely flawless credit until this. I had no intentions of not paying. I was not given the opportunity to pay. I am very upset after 34 years of excellent credit to have this happen. I would like to see this issue resolved Fairly without damage to my credit.
