I received an offer from Chase - Mileage Plus explorer card that offered - " free '' miles after spending $3000.00 in the first three months. The problem is that I use the internet link to apply and it only offers - miles. I called customer service and they said they were unable to help. They suggested applying and the calling back to get a " premium match ''. I 'm not interested in calling back and begging for the miles.
