Case # - I received a letter from Barclaycard and they will not honor our request for the account to be charge off and confirmed that we have enrolled for the Hardship Payment program of $18.00 for 12 months that started on - -, 2015. I still did not get an answer of why we are being charge $35.00 month for payment due plus $18.00 taken out totaling $54.00 due on top of that which increases our balance and also once the account is charged off I will still honor my commitment to pay but this way it puts an end to the interest that is increasing monthly and the balance never seems to be lower.
