On - I mailed CMRE a demand for validation for an account they had reported on my credit report. The company has failed to provide me validation of the account and perplexingly replied and asked that I was responsible for providing you with more information and at the same time persevered with reporting the account on my credit report. This is a blatant violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA Sec 809 ).
