I have been in cantact with the hospital that at the time of the - visit took the wrong policy # information. I informed the collection agency that the information had been taken by the billing dep of the hospital and where in the process submitting for payment. Collection agency only sent one notice and thast when i informed them of the above explained, they still proceeded to report to credit bureau.
