Capital One Credit card department,
I have new credit cards from CAPITAL One Bank, I was miles reward program which was converted in - $ cash bonus if I spend - $ during 3 months, I call several time to CPAITAL One award department and customer service told me that I was approved. I spend during 3 month around - $ but never restive a - cash bonus. Please help me with this issue.
