I live at the - - with a one year lease. The apartment caught fire in -/-/-/-/-/2013 due to faulty wiring. The complex moved people to cheap hotels around the area. I chose to move out shortly afterwards because of safety issues since the - failed to provide an safe residential environment to residents as outlined in the lease. The - has now hired a collection agency to have me pay $3000.00 ( I am not sure what for ). The collection is on my credit report ( Hunter Warfield - - - - -, - - ).
