Amex Credit card department,
I over-payed my card and I requested a credit card balance transfer on -/-/2016. American Express told me the credit transaction will be completed in 5-7 days. After 7 business days, I still have not gotten my over-payment transferred, and the customer representative has no solution but keep telling me to wait 48 hours.
