My bank issued an overdraft statement from my checking account at Bank of the West in 2011. I called the Bank of the West and told them their was an error. They told me that the amount I owed was credited to me and I did not owe them any money and that the error was corrected. By mistake, they then sent the original amount I owed of $360.00 to a collection agency. I called them and sent them a copy of my bank statement showing the credit. I phoned the - and they told me they do not negotiate any debt no matter the circumstance. I ask that you investigate their collection practices and have them remove this item deleted from my credit report. I ask you to publish these results and publish the name of the - - - under scam public knowledge. I have included the copy from the bank showing the balance was credited before it was sent to a credit reporting agency.
