Chase bank has begun installing new ATMS that arbitrarily cancel my previous arrangement with the bank, that compromise my privacy and that potentially increase my security risk. I previously made explicit arrangements with the bank to link my debit card to only the smallest account among - I have with the bank. These new ATMS - and I have confirmed this with branch representatives - automatically display all - accounts and their balances on screen for anyone nearby to see, AND all - can be withdrawn from, eliminating the protection I had arranged by only tying my debit card to the smallest balance. I have complained at - different branches and each time received the same response : The branch representatives are hearing many complaints from customers and forwarding the complaints to corporate offices ; they tell me they will get back to me. I never hear back and the decreased privacy, the increased risk and the arbitrary services change persist.
