I submitted a previous complaint : Ref Number - The company who is handling my student loan ( RAB Inc ) said the dispute was resolved and it is not. They admitted to me by phone that whomever they bought my loan from finally gave them the records that I was always on time with my payments and not in default. My credit was extremely adversely affected by no fault of my own. Bringing my credit score from - to -. I want RAB Inc to submit a letter to me saying that they will take the derogatory marks off my credit through all - bureaus immediately. I want a letter in writing. This company is ridiculous.
