FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account New York

Shellpoint Mortgage Services is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. This account was included in my bankruptcy by they are commenting that foreclosure proceedings have started. That is not correct. How can an account I had included in bankruptcy also be in foreclosure? I even disputed this account directly with them and they failed to mark this account as being disputed which is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and a no-no when it comes to the FTC.
