I purchased - Ford Fiesta from - - - -, in - of -. I was making my payments on the vehicle. I started to have problems with the car so wanted to trade the car in. Not to mention, did n't have car for a year yet just 9 months. Went to where got car to trade it in. And could n't trade, from - - - -. They were going all around why I could n't trade my car. Went to - to see if I could trade the vehicle there. At - is where I learned of predatory lenders. I learned that I was paying the interest instead of the car. That the finance company ( Skopos ) was charging me - more than what car is worth. So in the contract six years to pay off a - - dollar car that 's only worth between - to -. So I even tried my bank which is a credit union and they wo n't touch it cause they said the car is not worth -. Please help me to get interest rate down which is 17 %.
