I took out an online loan in the amount of $3000.00 on -/-/2015. I have since paid $190.00 biweekly - 24payments= $ --well over the principal and show there are still about 22 payments due in the total amount of $4200.00. In recent research I am finding these types of loans are not only unethical but illegal in the state of CA, Please review to determine if any more money is legally due.
