Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card New Hampshire

We received an unsolicited BP Visa from Synchrony Bank. We have also received phone calls about this card, including a threat to withhold credit if we did not confirm the card. When my wife called she was put on hold, told that the person named on the credit card had to call ( I 'm in - - just now ; not convenient! ), and cut off. Repeated calls. There appears to be no website where we can get this rectified. Seems like a scam.
