Unsolicited issuance of credit card California

I have received a credit card online from - that I can not use it on it 's website, and had no way to cancel the card. The phone number on the back of the card does not reach a credit card company, it got to a company that sells cosmetic products. -. And no matter how I tried I can not reach a person in the credit card company to cancel it.
