My wife and I were interested in getting a mortgage. We are working to improve our credit. I spoke with a loan officer, - -. He assured me he would not pull my credit report as I was only interested in him looking at my income while i repaired my credit. He asked for my tax returns so he could understand my income better. He used my social security number from my tax return and pulled my credit. I believe Amerifirst home mortgage has violated : 1681d.
