Dear CFPB I received a modification, was current on the payments. the started sending payments back, then later found out they blocked my account internally. Since they made an error and wo n't remove any late fee 's or lawyer fees they added to the balance to allow me to become current would this become a breech of contract? If you are behind and they refuse It is your fault ... but I was not behind and they still rejected the agreed modification payment. keep in mind I had already made - of them ... and they started sending them back to me with no explanation as to why ... ..
