This is the first I 've heard from Amsher Collection Serv, or any other company on this matter therefore, in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Section 809 ( b ) : Validating Debts : I have never owed Amsher Collection Service any money. When I inquired about this trade they stated that it was from a - account that I owed which was already satisfied -. So I off course this was a Scam and Reported this to the - of California and the Federal Trade Commission. This debt does not belong to me and I never signed any agreement or did business with Amsher Collection Service. Amsher Collection Service is also report inaccurate amounts on another - which is also in violations of the FDCPA
