I have a levy that was charged agents me back in 2012. I am currently collecting - and -. My bank has taken the levy out on the child support both are direct deposit. They have said that the - is the only money they can not withhold from the levy. I have done some research and it seems that they ca n't levy either. What can I do to get the money back that they have already levied and prevent this from continuing?
