AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Pennsylvania

I have several student loans owned by NCT and due to my worsening - - I have been unable to work for some time. I am receiving Social Security -, have been approved for a Federal - discharge, and approved by - for a full discharge of the student loans that they held. I asked NCT for a compassionate review of my private loans ( totaling about $41000.00 ) 2 months ago and they have n't responded.
