I received a phone call - in the morning in - -. The person told me I owed money for a gym membership that I did not pay for 3 months since - -. I normally paid $15.00 per month and the gym membership was on auto pay from my credit card. I did not received any notice of non-payment from my gym. The collector also continued saying I owed $100.00 for the 3 months of missed payment. My membership was $15.00 dollars a month and now is it $100.00?!?!?!? I asked why there is a huge increased, the collector responded for msc fees added to the account. The priced double. The collector stated if I pay now, I can get some discount from cost and they would need my credit card number now. I thought this was a scam because I was never notified of any late payment. I told the collector to email me the debt information. They agreed to email me the information. Now in - -, I received - phone calls a throughout the day at weird hours from different numbers. I asked them several times to email me the information and never did I received an emailed copy of my debt information or my rights. I am sick and tired of being bothered with weird numbers and they can never email my debt information when I asked several times. They have been leaving me messages stating if I do n't pick up the phone, I had confirmed I am that person on a voice message!!!!!
